The Oregon State Legislature is primed to pass the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact
Almost ten years after the Oregon House of Representatives first passed the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, the State Senate appears prepared to vote on the measure for the first time.
A Senate floor vote is scheduled for February 26, 2018.
